UNEP – Program Design: Developing the Program Framework Document and Child Project Development for the GEF8 Congo Basin Impact Program Partnership.
Develop, in consultation with UNEP, the programmatic framework document (PFD) and a regional child project document within the framework of the Congo Basin Impact program in GEF8. The Program was submitted for approval by the GEF with a funding envelope of $62 million in GEF funds. It includes projects in six countries (Angola, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea and São Tomé and Príncipe), plus a regional coordination project.
